The Origin Record
Jakarta, 2019 — Oranevel began as a documentation project rather than a product launch. The founding team compiled a review of available nutritional research on mineral absorption rates, daily serving compositions, and food-grade ingredient sourcing in Southeast Asia. That body of documentation became the operational basis for the first product line.
The observation at the time was straightforward: most available daily supplement products for men offered limited traceability. Ingredient origins were stated generically; batch records were rarely accessible to the end consumer. Oranevel was structured from the outset to address that gap — not through marketing claims, but through a visible documentation chain attached to every product release.
The first formulation — a zinc and magnesium daily complex — was released in late 2019, accompanied by a full lot record, supplier certificates, and an independently produced elemental composition report. That pattern has continued across every subsequent release.

Every batch carries a unique lot number linked to the full sourcing record. Ingredient origin, processing facility, and third-party verification data are maintained in the Oranevel archive.
Ingredient profiles are selected based on published nutritional research and undergo independent batch verification for quality and labelling accuracy. No in-house lab only.
Active ingredients are sourced from documented suppliers, with each batch accompanied by a certificate of composition. Sourcing prioritises suppliers whose facilities maintain food-grade processing standards.
Formulations do not change between production runs unless supported by an updated sourcing record. Composition stability is a core operating requirement, not a marketing position.

Priority is given to suppliers with operations within the Southeast Asian region where traceability documentation is most practical to audit. Supplier locale is recorded in each batch file.

Active ingredients are sourced from documented suppliers, with each batch accompanied by a certificate of composition. Facilities must maintain food-grade processing standards as a prerequisite.
Temperature-Controlled Transit
Mineral and vitamin ingredients require stable transit conditions. Cold-chain documentation accompanies all inbound shipments; temperature logs are retained in the batch file alongside composition certificates.
